Q: What type of metals are used in the jewelry? I would love to try this, but I have a severe allergy to silver.Asked by Annie W., May 2023
Hello! It depends on the country the jewelry is made in. For instance, most of our jewelry from India is made with brass (may be silver or gold plated). Most of our metal jewelry from the America's is made from alpaca silver, which is not real silver. The earring hooks may be silver.
Unless we are featuring Asia or India, most of the jewelry is made from natural resources such as coconut, seeds, and tagua.
Gorgeous items. Amazing craftsmanship and I love that it is helping people across the world. Highly recommend really beautiful things and every month is different.
Love all my stuff and the meaning behind this amazing box.. .
Items are okay. All items not necessarily my style.
Out of every single subscription box I have gotten over the years this one stands out among them all by not only being the absolute best freaking box I've gotten to date(and that is A LOT)and what makes it even more spectacular is the fact that subscribing for this one in particular actively and consistently works to help impoverished people throughout the entire world. Absolutely freaking brilliant! 10/10 do recommend.
I received 3 pieces of jewelry. Gorgeous earrings, an amazing ring and a bracelet that is very interesting. I don't wear bracelets but my sister loves it so gave to her. I am already looking forward to next box. I love silver, turquoise, and coral colors and these were included in my box.
