Horrible experience. I wish I had been smart enough to listen to the other reviews on here because they are all spot-on. Poor response, late-to-no shipments, shoddy games. My shipment was for three months. Six weeks in and nothing arrived so I reached out and was told it would ship immediately. Eight weeks in and nothing so I asked for a refund and was told "No refunds" and everything was shipping together in one box. I was charged for three shipments and only got one.
I can't rate this seller low enough and the support from Cratejoy was just as abysmal. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere, either with another website and DEFINITELY with a different seller.
I ordered a 3 month subscription for my dad's birthday over 5 months ago & never received a single shipment. I spoke with someone there twice & both times was told its shipping "right now". Never received anything. Not cool.
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I placed my 3 month subscription order in December as a Christmas gift for a loved one. As of today, my subscription has expired and my loved one has not even received the first package!! When I contact the seller, I get excuse after excuse and they have REFUSED to issue a refund. I have attempted to contact Cratejoy, they refuse to get involved or assist. Save yourself the headache, I won't be purchasing anything again.
