Q: Does the digital content work with DnD beyond? Asked by Cassy G., July 2023
The digital content is not designed specifically for D&D Beyond. As I am not a user of D&D Beyond, I am unsure as to what is used. The digital content contains our adventures, maps, pritables, some roll 20 assets, etc.
Q: Does this box build on an adventure each month like RPG Crate or is each a one off?Asked by Sarah M., May 2021
No. We have a mix of encounters, adventures, and full modules. Each is a stand alone item. You can add them to any campaign setting, or use our Halcyon campaign setting.
Q: Is this ok for beginners. My son is 10 and starting to get into DD Asked by Tawnya, December 2019
Hello!
For sure! We offer all the accessories that go with the game like dice,
miniatures, adventure modules, pins, buttons, and more. All items that can
be used for D&D and other games by a wide variety of age groups. I think he
would do well with our crate. Most of the items on our website have been in
the crate so you can check that out at dungeon crate dot com (they don't
let me link here) and it also has tons of information on memberships! Can
also use the Contact Seller button on our listing.

Q: What if the person I'm getting this for is ONLY into Dungeons and Dragons?Asked by Tina E., November 2019
I only play Dungeons and Dragons and this box is amazing. Each box has a short D&D adventure to play along with as well as often having a Pathfinder alternative adventure. Each box also comes with extra pieces to enhance your adventure whether it be a new set of dice, figures for the adventure, or a fun item that adds extra fun outside of the game. I’d absolutely suggest this to anyone that is looking for supplemental equipment for an...
Then I would assume they would be super pleased with this. I'm the founder and I only play Dungeons and Dragons. That's what we founded this biz on.
For the price paid, I am disappointed. A single mini, a sticker, an enamel pin, some cheap pencils: I won't be continuing my subscription.
Man I started my Subscription when they first came out and it was great!! For some reason my Subscription got canceled so I check on it and they said it may have been because the switched to a 3 month sub. So I re did my Subscription and OMG it was so bad the 3d mini has no good features and the rest of it was like blah :-( I'm so sad to see it get this bad.
Cool. Not worth the money. I got a single die. Not a single set. 1 single percentile die. A crappy lanyard and bunch of plastic cards. Not worth the money really don't recommend at all. Cancelling my subscription immediately.
Absolutely not worth $35/month. Customer service is terrible, and does not respond to contact. They send clothes without asking measurements, poorly made items, and damaged junk.
I just do not feel the stuff I got was worth $35. I will do one more month and see how it goes.
Absolute waste of money. Took over a month to arrive. Contained a cheap set of dice, a couple of cards, a set of plastic ears, and what I assume is a coffee stirrer. Dungeon Crate? More like a Dogcrap Crate. Still haven't received my snack crate from Cratejoy either. Terrible company. Do not waste your money on this site.
I got a box for February 2022, in. A good portion of the box was dedicated to a generic encounter, a generic magical item, and a single bland room with 6 bandits. Came with 3 minis, every single one was bent. Box had a 35 mm big d20 which was the best part of the box, but it’s nothing you couldn’t find for 50 cents at a game store. Lot of advertising in this box for things that aren’t dnd. Overall I feel like the contents of the box aren’t worth a fourth of the price, and that’s if they don’t ship broken and bent like mine. This isn’t anything you can’t google and find for cheaper and higher quality.
Hey thanks for your feedback. We get we are not for everyone. We're pretty proud of our writers and artist for our encounters and adventures that we have been creating for over 6 years. Not sure what you were expecting from a one-shot, but many have loved these as well as us. You also won't find a Metallic Dice Games jumbo D20 for 50 cents anywhere FYI and lemmie know if you do. And Reaper is one of the worlds foremost miniature manufacturers, and their Bones line uses soft plastic that can easily be shaped using hot and cold water. This is standard for anyone that has EVER used a miniature, metal or plastic. Our price includes shipping and a digital crate access as well....
Gave a 3mos sub to my 17yo son for his birthday and he LOVES it. He's into D&D, MTG, Yugioh and Pathfinder. He's asked for another 3mos for Christmas.
It was a gift and she loved it!
